Bacon, Pork and Smoke


 
Jim....I could eat that plate right now and I just finished my fattie leftovers just the other day. These are so good they have to be bad for us.
 
Jim…simply extraordinary! I have yet to attempt a fattie, but when that day comes, I'll reference yours as my gold standard.
 
As always, almost too good to be true. Which reminds me that I should make a fattie myself one of these days.

It's been a while since I've done my "go-to" Bacon Bomb! Stuffed with Spinach and Feta, cooked to 150 and then basted with my homemade bbq sauce to get a wicked glaze on the bacon until 160...
