A couple weekends ago I made some burgers by grinding my own. I had extra that wasn't going to get cooked that night,so I froze three patties. I took one out this morning to thaw while I was at work. The ongoing rain fest this week prevented me from firing up the OTS,so it's up to the Genesis to get this cook going.

Here is an action shot. I had some bacon that needed to be cooked,so I made a "skillet" out of some doubled up HD foil. No pans to wash! I like it!

And a plated shot. I used some very nice cheddar from Earth Fare,and another grocery store sells buns by the piece. No waste and much better than the bag stuff! Served with chips and it's called dinner! thanks for looking everyone!
