Bacon Brisket Burger with Bar Be Que sauce

I cooked a brisket flat yesterday, I wanted to oversmoke it since I haven't been able to in many years...no luck even with heavy mesquite chips - it turned out really good though!

Made up a burger today with a slice of bacon & a slice of brisket...looked like a bacon weave before I sauced it up.
