As a Cajun, we've been known to cook & eat just about anything. Nothing exotic today ...

I have been waiting to put my BBQ toys to the test & the new Cajun Bandit 26.75" Rotisserie Ring was the last piece to my puzzle. I fired up my Weber 26.75" OTG & fueled it with KBB using my Smokenator. I also got to test drive my Rib-o-lator for the first time! Lastly, I connected my IQ110 for a low & slow ATC cook.

I decided to cook two racks of Baby Backs & two racks of Spares ...

Here I am about 2 hours into my cook. I used about 3 chunks of Apple wood for my smoke ...

Spritz with AJ during the cook. Time to set my sauce ... Anticipation!

And, here's the finished product ... Thanks for looking!

Picture perfect plate of food Pat! This reminds me that I haven't used my
ribolator in months! Just sits with the rest of my cooking "toys". ;)

Great looking ribs. Yeah looks like a "Frankenstein" kettle with all of your gadgets. Excellent and creative! I like the menu!!

"Hi, My name is Pat & I'm a BBQ Gadget-a-holic!" <They say admitting you have a problem is the first step with any addiction;)> I was definitely like a kid on Christmas morning getting to play with all my toys.
