It warmed up to a tropical 29 degrees here in Minnesnowta today, so I thought I'd do some ribs.
Seasoned with some Wee Willys.

Hour and a half in.

Performer and Big guy with a Newcastle.

A little sear.

Cut up.

Plated with broccoli.
