Baby back ribs


 
These were done on an offset smoker using maple wood, cook time was almost 6 hours. The first 5 hours temps were around 240-250, the last hour was at close to 300.

I will be doing ribs in a couple hours. On the gasser. N-S. Not easy.
Anyone got an idea how to do ribs on a gas grill with front to back burners? Two slabs.
 
Will not have one today. Own two, but at friends places. Will try to keep low temp on far end and try to keep the ribs from cooking uneven. If I had a couple extra potato racks i would put a pan underneath.
Cooking on a spirit 3 burner.
