That looks delicious, Randy! Not sure I remember seeing Gary post about that in 2011, but very glad you did! I'm always on the hunt for something new to do with pork shoulder. I have this one squirreled away to try (when I feel like venturing around for some of the less common ingredients.)

Great looking post there Randy. Looks delicious. Would definitely like to give this one a go. Thank gosh for internet shopping or I'd be SOL around here obtaining several of the ingredients. What was the weight on your pork? Looks like 7 or 8 lbs.

Pork was about 7lbs and I’m lucky enough to have an Asian market down the street from me!
