Awesome Sunday football snacks!

Evening folks...this weekend was our weekend to host Sunday football...Seahawks had a late game with San Fran...here is how the snacks went!
Started early with a little Pre-game Bloody Mary and sweet peppers...been having a hard time finding 20lb bags of KB so I picked up a few bags of cowboy lump ...started a snake of coals with a mixture of lump and left over coals ..

Peppers on!

Vents about 1/2 way...bit of hickory a d every thing looking good!

Fired up the 18" smoker with the same lump...added some wings seasoned with Weber's kickin chicken and bone sucking hot rub!!

After a bit I sauced then with this(hear a lot of folks using this brand...first time I have seen it!)

Just before sauce with a bit of hickory smoke!

Peppers about ready!!

Wings sauced!!

Company showed and some how I ended up double fisting (and it was not needed at this point!)

My wife whipped up some cheesy bread!

Ok so pulled wing off...peppers off...fired some more cowboy up!! Smoker holding a good 300 with no water and vents open

Batch of chicken close...hot tub standing by...

Another batch in the WSM.....close!

And a ton of chicken done and ready for the mases!

Plated with 3 types of wings....beef chilli, tater salad...man this was so good!!
Sorry not much of a pic...we were waiting for the game to be called!

All in all...Best football meal ever!! Seahawks ...Wilson and the 12th man?? Wow game on!!

Thanks guys..appreciate the feedback! That Rufus Teage is good stuff! I used the blazing hot sauce and loved it!! Was not so hot you couldn't enjoy it!

Cowboy lump worked out good too! I must have gotten a couple good bags..very little small pieces!

Anyway great football day!! Good friends and food! Worked out nice!
