Atlantic salmon with rack o beef for me !

Hey guys ! Wife has wanted me to do a smoked tasmanian Atlantic salmon for a while now and I finally got some for her the thing is though I don't like it she came up with the goods

I only took the one photo of the salmon I totally forgot to take some !!! I used the dry rub and finish rub in the cooking topics on here and they said it was fantastic ! Sorry guys !!!

I know it actually looked great too ! But the girls were hoping into it and I had the steak on the grill and didn't want to over cook them ! And sounds like a plan tony
