From the America's Test Kitchen 2019 episode "Chicken & Biscuits" comes this "Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Sauce" recipe:

1-1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients. No heating/cooking/reduction required.

I used Louisiana Hot Sauce.

It's Excellent! Pricey but excellent.

That's interesting Jim, Barb just used your HH technique for her first ever BB cook. She will be posting it as soon as we can get some time to catch up here. That's the only way I do BBs now as they come out great every time.
