for 7 hours, brined in a simple mixture of water salt & sugar
then seasoned with Penzey's salt-free rubs of 33rd & Galena and California pepper blend
tossed them on the 26"OTG with maize (with apple & cherry wood for smoke value)

No Wickers?!?! My whole point of reference is shattered! VERY nice and I envy you the rain. You just know I'll be trying that rub on the corn. Thanks!

You made them look so good!!!
I get the assortment pack also they always put the nice ones on top and the thin or uglies on bottom.

Corn and chops look super Jim...we are having the same weather cause my barrels are filling up too!!

Nice looking dinner!!

Delicious looking chops Jim! You can have the rain for awhile. That is all it's been
doing here for the past 2 weeks!

Hey, just like fish, those little ones taste just as good as the bigguns.
After you work your magic on them that is!

I'll have what you're having, and a side order of rain to go!
