Even though it was warm I decided to break out the Santa Maria grill

We were full of beer and food, had a nice fire going, a 24-0 lead at halftime, life was good.

Food looks awesome. I really want a santa maria grill as well. Sorry about that second half, being a raiders fan hate to see the broncos win!

Nice! Great seeing one staying in style with the wood choice ;)

Lately, all wsm cooks have used pecan. Nice pleasant smoke. Thinking about moving over to coastal red oak for a change. ( Previously only tri-tip benefited from the oak. )

btw, ended up at the Butcher Shop.

Fantastic foods John. And i am little jealous of your grill area. You produce beautiful things there for us all.
 
how awesome would it be to have your smokers, covered patio, drink, cigar and the game playing ......wow dude you live the right life. grats.
