Well , I was going to roast a big ol chicken on my WSM in honor of the pats broncos tilt today , but we got invited to a friends to watch the game and have home made beef stew....I was a tiny bit disappointed , but didn't want to be anti social so I'll cook the chicken tomorrow and today it's go Pats! And some good stew for me. Your stuff looks good though. Enjoy the game.
