April Madness Nachos

Things got a little whacky at my house tonight and the nachos I planned turned into more like what I used to eat after a long night of drinking in college!
Here is a little of the process (no drinking tonight)…I baked a couple pounds of tots first!

Oh, man, I LOVE Totchos! One of my favorite breweries, 21st Amendment, in SF has these on the menu at their brew pub. Perfectly crispy tots, delicious house made cheese sauce, and all the right toppings (including a lot of bacon!)

Yours looks perfect Richard, and much like what I make at home when I have the hankering!

I used to go to 21st A all the time before G’s games when I was living down there for a couple years. Awesome spot! Funky place next door is cool too!
