I've always been smoking briskets in the 18... 1 per grate and squeezing them in... but if I want to do 4, then I have to do 2 cooks back to back which isn't fun...
Was wondering... has anyone done 4 briskets at once in the 22.5? Just looking at it it looks like it might be able to squeeze them in... maybe needing to jam them in at first just like w the 18...
