I’ve got to go to the store to get something to BBQ, but I’m not overly motivated

I was gonna throw some steak on the Ninja. So damn cold and horribly windy no desire. Had wife stop on her way home from Cherry Valley Library at the new little Mexican place in the village. Decent food. Not the raging best ever but good decent food, decent prices and friendly place. So tonight was a combo plate I could not finish (Tamal, Taco and Tostada) along with rice, Mexican salad and refried beans. I ate half the rice, half a taco and the tostada. I'm stuffed.
I'd normally be able to have it all, but been so stressed, not eating or sleeping well. Have actually lost some weight that wasn't planned on.

Yah 40 mins today shoveling the deck for exercise. Usually takes 20

It was unusually warm last week at 60 deg.
Different story this week. I just grilled some chicken. Windy and 6 deg. Didn’t get any pics. Fingers were too cold.

I hear ya. In the space of a month, I went from a low of -10 (maybe a bit lower) to a high of 54, and back down to -11.
