Any biscuit fans out there?

Anyone got a good recipe without cheese and other things in it? Me: not a fan of things baked into breads unless it's lardons. But, then wife cannot tolerate. So just some nice flaky biscuits
Well for better biscuits cakes and pies gotta be Martha White self rising recipe but for the easy method and so close a biscuit I can’t tell the difference try this and make sure you use buttermilk

If someone is not pulling their weight or just being lazy at our house we call them a biscuit eater.
I think we got that term from watching Ole Yeller or one of them dog movies of that era.

Pammi’s been making biscuits since before we met in 1999. She learned from her mother and grandmother
She’s recently upped her biscuit game by making sourdough biscuits!
She doesn’t make them often, as it’s just the 2 of us. But when she does, man oh man! Phil’s a happy guy!

I’ll finish with this. Biscuits and gravy are just really wet flour on really dry flour!

There actually was a dog movie called "The Biscuit Eater". First made in 1940 and then remade in 1972.

About the only time we eat biscuits is when sausage gravy's involved and the tube varieties are fine for that. I put my effort into the gravy and the biscuits are just transport mechanisms.;)

And we're nearly the opposite. :) If I'm making sausage gravy, I will be making biscuits, for sure. I make biscuits for a la king, and pretty much just at the drop of a hat.
