Another 'salad'

Took a small flank steak tonight and rubbed it with SPOG and a little Herbs de Provence. Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. KB B on the Performer, no smoke wood. Homemade vinaigrette with EVOO, Dijon, S&P, red wine vinegar, lemon zest and lemon juice.

 
Jim...don't be alarmed. But there's a salad sneaking up on your steak!

Looks delicious. I've been enjoying that mix of greens and protein this summer too.
 
Jim the flank steak looks perfect and I love the salad. Your vegis look wonderful. Kim and I are huge salad fans. Looks delicious!
