Another Butcher Wrapping Post

Just starting to use butcher wrap. A few questions. For a large cut of meat (i.e. pork butt) looks like paper will will hardly fit over the butt. Do you use more than one sheet of paper to make sure the meat is covered? And do you double up the paper to make sure no leakage? Just wondering minds.
 
Use 2 sheets. 1st sheet wrap once. 2nd sheet turn 90 degrees and wrap once. Should cover everything. Not entering the debate of wrap or no wrap.
