I'm assuming that Bob is assuming that since Juniper is a conifer, it would be pitchy; which I don't think it is. But what the h*ll do I know? Or maybe he's used it and is saving you the grief...

I had posted my reason, tried to re-word it later, then deleted it when that wasn't working for me.
basically I do not like anything tasting of evergreens, conifers or whatever.
I can't stand even a hint of rosemary on anything either.

maybe my mom washed my mouth out with pine scented soap when I was a kid? :rolleyes:
