All thawed out- pastrami time

After the interesting weather last week, we were floating around 70 here on the coast. Seperated and brined a packer last weekend and smoked it up today on the 22. Some swiss, mustard, kraut and rye bread and I'm in heaven.

Glad you've got some good weather, Gary, and that pastrami looks to die for!!! I'm picking up a brisket this week to cure up (I'm not as much into corned beef, so I'll go for pastrami, even if it is just about St Paddy's Day.) I hope mine looks as good as yours!
