I thawed out one of my last few remaining Pink Salmon that I caught last year in Ketchikan. I caught my limits back then, it was a blast, and the salmon tastes great!!!! I used two different seasonings, both were great! I used a mix of Alder and Peach wood for the smoke. It sure smelled great on the grill. The salmon was moist and very tasty!!! Yum!!
