Went to my sister-in-law to do a relaxed afternoon BBQ.
First hour and a half spent on removing the rust from her grill and lighting up the charcoal (JD), then the fun began.

Thank you, Bob, it was family and friends, about twenty people.
Started with appetizers, than added the lamb and steaks.
Now waiting for the desert to be ready My sister-in-law grill has a lot of area, but it uses a lot of charcoal, the WSK would have done it with 1/4 the amount of charcoal.

Yair, that looks like a really fun grill to cook on! Looks like manual height adjustment, so do you just kind of pick your height for the cook, and then manage coals below for heat, or can you raise/lower the cooking grid mid-cook?

However it works, you put it to great use, and your lamb and steaks, especially, look great!

It is manual, you can change the height mid-cook but need to be careful, I pull the grate back, almost out of the track and then move it up or down one side at a time.
