It looks like a fine brisket to me, I agree with Chuck though, I’m not sure I’d build a gazebo for it but, I would certainly hold beers for the guys that would!

Lol…Timothy…we had family members, co-workers and friends here helping build our gazebo. My wife was the one holding and drinking beers.
