Adobo pork chops late Friday night...

I got a free.. new patio set and decided to spend some quality time outside and re arranging my webers and other junk I have.

Pork chops marinated in adobo...




After I grilled the pork chops I put in a pan with pineapple and onions covered for 15 min on the grill

Cooked the onions with pineapple

Plated and ready to eat... Nothing crazy just simple ingredients.
 
Nothing crazy? Pineapple with onions? Man that sounds good! Nice cook dude and love the outdoor furniture!

I like free stuff, Tony, even better when it doesn't look like it was free. :cool: Bet those chops were good! Sweet and spicy always works, whether it's women or pork.

That's a great looking freebie set, nice and cozy there too. Nice home cooking chops too! Can't beat that, and the Dodger Blue!

My wife's boss she is a great lady... Once she is tired of her furniture and or appliances or anything in her house we get for free or ask us to donate to a needy family.
