ABT Stuffed Burger!

Hey all,

Was surfing the web awhile ago and came across something like this. A burger stuffed with a smoke Jalapeno popper! I was intrigued to say the least.

So I ground up some chuck and a few short ribs to make some burgers,


Added a Jalapeno Popper I made earlier in the day,


Then topped them and wrapped a few strips of bacon around them for good measure,


On the grill he go for a head start, some regular ones join a few mins after,




Flipped then cheesed,




Plate for you, the last pic doesn't due justice to the juiciness of the burger. Topped with some lightly smoked and pickled jalapenos.



Man these were good! Will be doing them again for sure! Only thing I might do next time is 2 poppers per burger!

Thanks everyone, they were really good. Awesome mix on the grind and the popper added a nice texture in the middle. Will definitely be on the menu going forward. May also offer it a s a special on the food truck
