A smoked Ham...Meatballs/sausage/Jansson(a potato dish with Ansjovis)/eggs with garlic mayo and shrimps.(mustard and a beet sallad hits the plate aswell)

Ham(boneless and pre brined) 230-250f untill 57c internal.(apple wood)
