A smoked Ham...Meatballs/sausage/Jansson(a potato dish with Ansjovis)/eggs with garlic mayo and shrimps.(mustard and a beet sallad hits the plate aswell)

Ham(boneless and pre brined) 230-250f untill 57c internal.(apple wood)

- Its an European awesome! Its actually a sweet one with a punsh. Best one i can get my hands on. I would compare it to a strong danish one.
