The weather was decent enough to move the 26"OTG out of the confines
Seasoned Tilapia fillets with Penzey's Northwoods Fire
In a cast iron skillet, started with baby Yukons halved, then added onions, peppers and finally halved tomatoes.
Added to the grill a couple of wonderful crab cakes...
...then the fish.
A few minutes later, 'gus was grilled.
Whipped up a little Aïoli sauce and served Good Friday dinner like this:
