...that have nothing to do with one another, in no particular order: Detroit style pizza, 2-Bone Rotisserie, turkey burgers and fries.
Lol...that's the exact thought I have when viewing your cooks, Brett!Too bad I could only click like once.
Thanks, Darryl. I will definitely try the white pepper idea. Mine were basic: olive oil, salt.Killing it Tim. The pizza's you are pumping out are looking top shelf......soon you are going to get a line up forming on said " pizza day".
Fries look like you ate at my place a few times.....not sure how you do it.......I cover mine heavily in olive oil lots of salt and garlic powder. I would do more pepper but the MRS isn't huge on black pepper flavor...............I also have white pepper...if you haven't tried it, its pretty good stuff......very potent and holds up against the heat a lot better on the smoker / grill.
Well they look like oven fries and if indeed they are then it's the garlic powder you may want to try before you get into anything else. Thanks, Darryl. I will definitely try the white pepper idea. Mine were basic: olive oil, salt.
Try this, if you haven’t already.Well they look like oven fries and if indeed they are then it's the garlic powder you may want to try before you get into anything else.
Coarse seal salt, generic garlic powder and black pepper.....but it for sure is the garlic powder. I use more than what it looks like I should use. I want to be able to teste the garlic on the fries.
Going above that is making a ketchup...I don't like ketchup.....but adding in bourbon and liquid smoke mimic's a nice smoky bourbon ketchup and pairs nicely with the fries.....you can also make it in a minute or 2 and it's a sneaky way to add a lot of flavor.
Yeah they sell that stuff all over around here.Try this, if you haven’t already.
