Started off the week with spare ribs:

Used 3-2-1 method and when I unfoiled, the end bones fell out.

They were pretty good!

I also did some burgers.
The wife finally found London Broil, apparently these parts of WI don’t demand that cut much. Marinaded in Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, garlic powder and meat tenderizer.


Last night, while smoking the first six pounds of bacon, I did wings and brats using the Vortex. The wings were half buffalo, half Walkerswood Hot Jerk Seasoning. The misses did hers with her family bbq sauce recipe. It’s best on chicken and is really good.

I had an audience while I was cooking. She hasn’t been posted here before, but this is Addie.
Her older sister was tired.

I’ll do another post with the bacon later. It’s still in progress.
