Maribel is back from her trip from North Carolina....
This weekend was a blur. random memories and flashbacks all day.

This was Fridays cook a beef stew. Maribel insisted she would cook for me plus she didn't want me to get wet outside as it was raining.

Here's an Instagram video of this stew cook.

Saturday night into Sunday morning was steak. I think we grilled this 1:30 am or 2:00 am. For those who follow me on Instagram you saw this cook already.

This was the beverages that we enjoyed

Sunday night we made burgers... Burgers were great but pics were random and blurry. :o

Thanks for looking

Tony and Maribel.

Great looking cooks Tony, thanks for sharing. Have you tried the Lagunitas Maximum yet? I like this brewery so much that I have a road trip planned to visit it in Mid April and will also be stopping into the Russian River Brewery also.

Not yet but will look for it next time.... How far south in Cali are you coming down? Maybe we can have a beer together?

on a bed of salt-free chips on white or rye bread, smother it with sautéed onions then top it with another slice of bread, pour juice from jalapeno peppers and the sauce of chipotle allllll over it... and i'll dive in HEAD FIRST!

veryNICE tony!

Congrats on having Maribel home. Foods looking good as always. And of course you can't go wrong with beer all weekend.

When I saw cooks I was wondering how you grilled in the stormy weather, the caldo and other cooks look delicious. And the lagunitas are a great beverage

That plated of grilled looks so freaking good tony! But that stew reminds me of the pots my grandmother(from finland) always made...And i can tell that bowl is packed with natural flavours. I dont know why i always try to add something to give it color when its not needed. I was grown up on stews like that. AWESOM is all i can say!

Bunch of great looking cooks Tony!
There was a time I could have hung in there with you, but that was a long time ago!
