A Couple Of Chooks

We love Chicken in our house here's a couple of roasted birdies

First one on Off-Set infused for 12 hrs in Citrus brine



Finished....went a bit overboard with herbs but tasted good




Next one on spit, sorry no complete plated dishes, Sierra Torpedo plays havoc with my camera work
