All the product was below and in front of this sign. I picked up a $45 bag, minus $8. I’ll package mine up this week for a cook or two and the freezer. Pretty good deal for a versatile cut of meat.

No.

But,

Do I eat all of the smoked and shredded pork shoulder before smoking more?

Also, No.

Do I thaw and smoke all the pork shoulders I have in my freezer before buying more?

Yeah, No.

I'm heading over tomorrow. Hopefully they have more by then.

The sale just started. It didn’t look like clearance but rather a value buy. You should be good for tomorrow pickup.

Brett, does your Costco have those hatch chili marinated pork shoulders?
There is a stack of them here up north.
I had to grab one just because.
I think I now have 4 butts in the freezer.
I’m dying to know if they are any good.

I did see some marinated meat products today but since I don’t buy pre marinated I didn’t pay close enough attention to what it was. It appeared to be an in-store marinated /rubbed product.

I’ll check again if I get back this week which is likely. My office needs Coke Zero.
