52" Dinner

Got an Easter gift from my friend that i look up to and respect. Guess what....A set of FireWire!

I just needed to try em strait up.

Marinated Porkloin and shrooms...Red onion/taters(baby almond taters,preboiled)and red Bells.

Here we go:

Everything on the wire...Im not a man that throw away good food...And i guess my math dident match up so they are a bitt full...Who is the winner here

On the grill indirect:


Direct 1 min/side.


when im out there in the cold flipping "she" showes up and inspect.(from the inside)


Done.


Off the Wire..



Plated with a salad & Pesto.


A great dinner! And i Just love these Wires...Get a few and i bet you wont regret it.
