the 30 minute portion was actually about 45...
and the 10 minute portion went almost 15 minutes... so I killed them.
at 400ºF, there is no mercy.
We did eet them anyway.

Thank you for stopping by! <('@')>

Looks good Jim. I haven't been able to try the high heat method yet but it looks like you have it down. The crisp outside with the tender rib meat looks delicious. Out of curiosity and I'm sorry if it's been explained before, what does that symbol at the end of your post mean?

An hour and a half for good baby backs, eh? Now I'm tempted to make ribs during the work week. Great stuff as usual, Jim.

Ribs in under 2 hours, that's raising the bar a few more notches! Now even I might be able to handle that in the freezing cold. Great cook Jim.
When you foiled did you add anything?

Mr Lampe, I tried your 45-30-5-10 @ about 325-350 method and the family just went crazy of the results. It's definitely my go to method for BBs. Again thanks for the inspiration.

What would you have changed? Stuck to the 30 and 10 minutes or reduced the heat to...?

Pretty dang good looking ribs for being killed and all :)

Thanks again everyone for your kind words :)

Rich, I did put nothing in the foil but I like about 2 oz of a fine Rhum on ice while thinking about it ;)

Thank YOU Bill! I'm happy to hear it works for you as well!

Chucko, what I change??? How about stop the gabbing while I should be paying attention to the time ..... High heat of 400' is not too forgiving

Boy, I love that color. Almost too pretty to eat. I looked at 3000's spices and trying to figure out where you get that magenta glow.......
