4 Clint

ChuckO

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Cooked these over the weekend and practically ate them as they came off
They got a two day bath in Franks Buffalo Hot Wing sauce and cooked over Oak fire
They were good Clint, WYWH to try them

Chuck great looking chicken there.
Thanks for sharing your super High Heat tecnique.
I would like to suggest you (if you haven't yet tryed it) this setup:
WSM
Briquettes or charcoal
No pizza stone or water pan
300F at grate level
Chicken wings or drumsticks plipped every 30 min.
Total cook last 1-1,5 hour.
Supercrispy result.
Never got similar in the kettle

Going to have to try that out - I assume top on? Have a ton of wings to do.

Daum

WOW!!! Those wings looks awesome outstanding job. Going to have to get some for the next Cards game.

With the door off and the little log in there, its like you have a little fireplace to watch while you cook in the dark. Very nice!
