Some tomatillo salsa.
Tomatillos
White ontion
Garlic
Jalapeños
All boiled in salted water for 20 mins
Then put in the blender and reserving the water, add 2 large tomatoes, juice of 1.5 large limes, salt and then whirl till blended.
Add in chopped cilantro and whirl to incorporate. Taste for seasoning.
Bruh, it’s pouring as I cook.
Mango margs to get into game mode.
Wings are about to come off the grill. Yeah, I don’t post pics about those yet. And then I’ll grill the steak before the game starts.
