Inch & a half porkers seasoned with Rufus Teague meat seasoning
setup the 26" Weber kettle with a 225ºF snake/fuse with hickory chunks atop

after two hours.....

and after another hour, i dropped'em in a foil pan with BBQ sauce....

...then foiled the top, placed them back on the grill for more cooking....
Yukon spuds in foil joined them.

as time ticked away....
they were finally plated another hour & a half later

4½ hours steaks were soo tender and flavorful, makes ya wanna eet
them everyday!
