Inch & a half porkers seasoned with Rufus Teague meat seasoning
setup the 26" Weber kettle with a 225ºF snake/fuse with hickory chunks atop

and after another hour, i dropped'em in a foil pan with BBQ sauce....

...then foiled the top, placed them back on the grill for more cooking....
Yukon spuds in foil joined them.

they were finally plated another hour & a half later

4½ hours steaks were soo tender and flavorful, makes ya wanna eeteet.gifthem everyday!
