I have been very busy this spring trying to getting our company picnic together. This will be the 3rd year for our BBQ grilling competetion. John Osmond who is a member here too has been very instrumental in making this picnic a huge success. Over the past year we have been raising money by grilling at lunch time to buy each team a chefs coat with their team logo. This year we had 4 teams entered and here is the group all dressed up for the event:
Each team has to present: Pulled Pork, Pork Ribs, Chicken, and a veggie dish. All meat provided by our company and eaten by our employees.

Yes...some of us spent the night in the parking lots...watching over our cooks.....some in motorhomes and other in our office.

Needless to say I did defend my title for the 2nd year in the row....I was very surprised and I know that next year everyone will be gunning for me.
From the sounds of things by the water cooler some of these team will be breaking off into new teams bringing in some rookies. GAME ON!
I have to thank everyone on this site who has given me new ideas ....keep bringing them as I will need help in prep for next years cook.
