3 shots from Easter dinner

Jo made her excellent German potato salad, a nephew made an excellent caramel apple pie, and I grilled a ready to eat bone-in butt portion ham.
I set up char baskets with Kbb on each side of the Performer, ham cut side down in a foil pan with a little water added, hickory for extra smoke.
The brand was Frick's, locally made, and we all agreed it was the best ham we've had in a long time, very moist and flavorful.

Nice trio of good eats there Bob, it all looks great. We did our sliced ham from Costco the same exact way except I used cherry for the smoke, came out great.

That's a trifecta if I ever saw one! Ham looks mouthwatering and those sides are terrific. That German Potato Salad is gorgeous! Great post Bob and Family.
