dang yall, its been awhile. all yalls cooks keep me hungry and always look incredible. mr lampe congrats on making the wsj. hello to all the rest of yall bbqers keep them pics coming.

kicked off the 4th a little early last nite w a few bloody marys and shiner bock chasers... threw some slabs on for wifey and me. seared in blazing hot cast iron skillets for about 2 minutes per side then into a pecan bath for 10 mins. first time to do it, but dam sure aint the last time... the sear was tasty as all-get-out. as testified by wifes bone in the last pic.
