Well I just got rolling on my 2nd overnight cook! 2 pork butts about 6 lbs. a piece. Injected and rub applied at noon. Minion method with 40 coals on top of a full pan took the 22" WSM about 20 min to get to 225 then adjusted the vents to 25% and she is still at 225. Going to get a shower, check her out and fill the water pan than get some shut eye. All going well and the beverages are cold!!!!! Put the meat on at 10:00 PM. I will update the post before I crash.
