2nd cook out on 18wsm - Bridal Shower

Saturday was my sisters bridal shower, mom asked if I can make some pulled pork sandwiches. I started with 4-10 pound pork butts. Started the smoker at 11pm Friday and pulled the first butt out at 4pm. The last one was pulled at 8pm. Smoker was running at about 210 all night/day. Food was a success, every enjoyed it and received lots of compliments. The sad part, there wasn’t that much left for today’s lunch. Meal consisted of pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, coleslaw and chips. I completely forgot to take a picture of the plate. Here’s the pics I did take thou
