25 BL Vietnamese chicken thighs

Small dinner party tonight so I got these Vietnamese chicken thighs marinating. They were a hit the last time so we’ll see how they feed a crowd.

Fresh rolls on the menu too. I’ll get all my prep work done shortly to ease the assemblage work later.
