If I'm feeding 40+ people..... yeah, I'll take a big packer.

Maybe I'm not as fussy as some people here, but with the way I smoke brisket, yeah, the prime IS better, but there's no way I (or any repeat guests) will ever turn down a choice brisket I make.

Today, the smallest prime packer I saw was 19# every other were 22+! I did “almost” get one but, the freezer is in need of dumbbells to stay closed.

Me too. And our Costco here in Maryland hasn't had them either. Last two times I found them at Sam's. Not a wide selection though. Once they had one prime which I grabbed, second time they had three and I grabbed one.
