Hello all, just finished this project and thought I would share some pictures and descriptions of the modifications I did. This grill was made with real High-quality SS, I'm guessing 304B, anyway with the aluminum castings and detail venting on the Side tables this is a solid good-looking unit. I replaced the original castors with some I bought at H.F. I added a Tee extrusion on each side. Fabricated a new bottom pan and lid liner with 24Ga. steel. Upgraded the ignition with a Spirit 210 unit. Added viewing holes on the flavor Izer bars for quick reference that the burners are lit. I installed new burner tubes and cast-iron Grates. The cabinet was repainted (I have a very close color match to the original Weber basic Gray, Its Metalux automotive paint, I will share the paint code if anyone is interested). I enjoyed brining this one back, I'm pretty sure this one is going on my patio for now. Thanks, Dan
