1st time using pellet smoker Spare ribs

I'm a Huge Weber user, I have both the WSM 18" and WSM 14", etc. I've done everything with those cookers including briskets with great success. I recently bought a pellet smoker, and decided to try it out with some spare ribs. I set the temp to 225F for 3 hrs, foiled the ribs for 2hrs, I added worcestershire sauce to the ribsIMG_5195.JPG while in the foil. I was really surprised and happy with the smoke ring on the ribs, they were super moist and tender. Very happy with the results.

Those are nice looking ribs, great color,ring, and look to moist as you say.
Pellet smokers are getting better every day.
