1st time Beef Ribs

So tried to do Beef Ribs over the weekend. They came cut into individual ribs when I got them instead of a slab so that was a little weird. I think they were ok and a little overdone. Next time I'll get a slab and try the 3-2-1 method again.

1st pic I marinaded them for about 6hrs in a beef marinade I picked up at the store. then sprinkled some Montreal Seasoning.

Like I said a little overdone but good enough for me.

BE, thanks for the pix - those ribs certainly look fine to me - BTW, just out of curiosity, did you remove the membrane prior to applying the bath and rub?

I didnt remove the membrane. With them already being cut into single ribs I didnt even think to check. I dont remember biting into one thought.
