1st Pit Beef

Well after seeing some posts of pit beef I had to try it.I grilled between 375 - 425 direct.I used my free slicer.Would like a better one but can't complain for free.I used cow lick rub from dizzy pig.This were very good.I thought the meat was a little under done so I put in the broiler real quick.I did this on my ceramic ,next time I will try my kettle/rotisserie.

I love pit beef!! That looks perfect to me. I can never get my slices that thin...but I don't have a (free) slicer.

Thanks for looking and for the comments.Maybe if I get a new slicer I can send my old one to someone if they pay shipping.
